The traffic regulations describe how a road user must behave on public roads, so that traffic flows safely and smoothly. It is expected that all road users know and apply the traffic regulations. Road users
A driver is someone who drives a vehicle. Anyone who drives a vehicle or guides, or guards, towing, loading and riding animals or cattle.

i like the training platform, but i thing its will be much better to make a visual training because if nobody have practical experience so how will know about of theory.
