I am an indian citizen living in kuwait. I have valid driving license here in kuwait. I am planning to move belgium this year. I am driving in kuwait is left side(same belgium )can i exchange my kuwait license to belgium one or i have to attend theory and practical exam pls reply me thank you.

Belgium also drives left side but I think you have to fellow a theory exam

Belgium drives on the right side!! You are permitted to drive on public roads in Belgium for a period of 185 days if you hold a valid, recognised non-European national driving licence.
