It can when the vehicle satisfies the applicable registration, approval, technical and road-use requirements. The exact conditions depend on the vehicle type, its use and its technical characteristics.

Does a tracked agricultural vehicle automatically fall under driving-licence category G in Belgium?

No. Category G depends on the vehicle being an agricultural or forestry tractor used for agricultural or forestry activities.
