1. 自転車利用者
自転車利用者は、自転車に乗り操作する人です。多くの国で自転車は法律上車両として扱われるため、自転車利用者は一般運転者と共通する多くの交通規則に加え、自転車専用規則にも従います。
必要な場合は指定自転車施設を利用し、標識・信号に従い、予測可能で安全な走行を心掛けます。道路上の位置、優先、装備、通行可能区域などは国によって異なります。
