1. 手押し車
手押し車は、人が押す、または引く小型の非動力車両で、短距離で商品、機器、その他の荷物を運ぶため使われます。2輪以上の場合があり、配送、市場、園芸、手作業による運搬などに使われます。
利用者は手押し車を制御し、荷物を固定し、歩行者や他の交通を不必要に妨げないようにします。人と車の法的地位は大きさや国の交通規則によって異なる場合があります。
Is a person pushing a handcart considered a pedestrian in Belgium?
Yes, when the handcart does not require more width than the space needed by a pedestrian. In that situation, the person leading the non-motorised vehicle is treated as a pedestrian.

The maximum permitted width of a loaded handcart is 2.50 metres.
What if a handcart blocks the user's view ahead in Belgium?
If the handcart or its load does not leave sufficient visibility ahead, the person controlling it must pull the handcart rather than push it.
