馬は、人が乗る、引く、馬車などを引かせることがある大型家畜です。公道、乗馬道、地方道路、横断場所で騎手や馬車が他交通と接することがあります。
運転者は馬へ近づく際、減速し、十分な間隔を取り、急な音や動きを避ける必要があります。騎手や馬を扱う人も適用交通規則に従います。

Yes. Riders using the carriageway may ride two abreast.
