A driver is someone who drives a vehicle. Anyone who drives a vehicle or guides, or guards, towing, loading and riding animals or cattle.
A pedestrian is a person travelling on foot, whether walking or running. In modern times, the term usually refers to someone walking on a road or footpath. Because pedestrians are not protected by their vehicle they are classified as vulnerable road users, especially children, elderly and persons with disabilities.
Mopeds are road users who move with the moped in traffic. Generally having a less licensing requirement than a full motorcycle.
A car or automobile is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Basically a car drives primarily on roads, seats one to eight people, has four tires, and mainly transport passengers rather than goods. Cars have controls for driving, parking, comfort and a variety of lights. Over the decades additional features have been added, making them more complex but also more reliable.
A bus is a vehicle intended for the transportation of people. Buses can have a capacity as high as 300 passengers. The most common type is the single-deck rigid bus, with larger loads carried by double-decker and articulated buses, and smaller loads carried by midibuses and minibuses while coaches are used for longer-distance services.
A train is a form of rail transport consisting of a series of connected vehicles that generally run along a railroad (or railway) track to transport passengers or cargo.
A tram is a rail vehicle that runs on tramway tracks along public urban streets. The lines or networks operated by tramcars are called tramways. Tram vehicles are usually lighter and shorter than main line and rapid transit trains. Today, most trams use electrical power, usually fed by a pantograph sliding on an overhead line.
A caravan or camper is towed behind a road vehicle to provide a place to sleep which is more comfortable and protected than a tent. It provides the means for people to have their own home on a journey or a vacation, without relying on a motel or hotel, and enables them to stay in places where none is available. However, in some countries campers are restricted to designated sites for which fees are payable.
A trailer is an unpowered vehicle towed by a powered vehicle. It is commonly used for the transport of goods and materials. Sometimes recreational vehicles, travel trailers, or mobile homes with limited living facilities where people can camp or stay have been referred to as trailers.
A priority vehicle is any vehicle that is designated and authorized to respond to an emergency in a life-threatening situation. These vehicles are usually operated by designated agencies, often part of the government, but also run by charities, non-governmental organizations and some commercial companies. Emergency vehicles are permitted by law to break conventional road rules in order to reach their destinations in the fastest possible time, such as driving through an intersection when the traffic light is red, or exceeding the speed limit.
The police is a government agency charged with maintaining public order and security, tracking down and investigating criminal offenses, providing direct assistance and carrying out detentions.
An ambulance is used to transport emergency services to a place where urgent help is needed and to transport victims or patients to the hospital.

Driving on an M class road in Ukraine, is it legal to remain in the overtaking lane (left or outer lane) of a dual carriageway? Is it not required to return to the inner lane (right hand lane) on a Motorway or M class road where there are two lanes in each direction and a median between these?

why are there so many private vehicles on our roads today that are using red and blue blinker lights installed on the windshields and or grille? isn't it only for gov't, police, ambulance and the like, used? There are so many unrully users, owners of vehicles who use those lights just to intimidate other law abiding road users. Can't the gov't do something about this matter? ASAP!
The laws of driving , and enforcement of such laws should be enforced always. Being lack all is doing is killing innocent folks. Poor excuse for corruptions in Panama officials. Double standards does not work. If they can drink , and drive they can pay the price to the piper.
Please add to the "Priority Rules" who has the right-of-way at an intersection and also at traffic circles.
Yes but its like some crazy beast :P
There's no such thing as main road priority anymore. There is only a hierarchy of country roads, but it pretty much doesn't apply to roads within city limits.
the questions are well selected. keep it up is very helpful
they're all just signs though
