1. 転倒

転倒は、軽い打撲・切り傷から骨折、頭部、脊椎の重傷まで引き起こすことがあります。衝突後、車両から降りる際、自転車・オートバイから、または滑りやすい状況で起こることがあります。重い転倒後に頭、首、背中の負傷が疑われる場合は、直ちに危険がある場合を除き不必要に動かさず、状態を確認し、必要なら救急サービスへ連絡し、自分が行える範囲で応急手当をします。
