自転車駐輪施設は、自転車を駐輪・施錠できる指定場所や施設です。簡単なラックから、多数の駐輪スペースを持つ屋根付き、屋内、入退場管理付き施設まであります。
駅、公共交通停留所、職場、学校、商業地区、市中心部などに設置されます。指定場所へ正しく停めて施錠し、歩行経路、自転車施設、入口などを妨げないようにします。
