1. トラム

トラムは、通常、市街地や郊外の交通網で街路上または専用軌道を走る旅客鉄道車両です。軌道は車道内に埋め込まれる場合、他交通から分離される場合、同一路線で両方の形式を使う場合があります。

トラムはレールに誘導され、障害物を避けて操舵できないため、他の道路利用者は軌道、交差部、停留所付近で特に注意します。優先と相互通行の規則は国によって異なります。

What is a tram?

A tram is a passenger vehicle that travels on rails, commonly as part of an urban or suburban public-transport network.

Where can tram tracks be located?

Tram tracks may run within the roadway, beside it or on a separate reserved track, depending on the design of the transport system.

Do trams always have priority?
