パーク・アンド・ライドは、車を駐車し、その後公共交通、自転車、その他の交通手段へ乗り換える施設です。都市外縁部や主要交通路の近くに設置されることが一般的です。
車を使わずに旅程の一部を移動することで、都市部の交通量と駐車需要を減らすことができます。料金、最長駐車時間、公共交通との接続は場所によって異なります。

P+R stands for park and ride. It indicates a facility where drivers can park their vehicle and continue their journey using public transport or another form of transport.
