サングラスは、特に太陽が低い場合や濡れた道路、雪などから反射する明るい光の中で、まぶしさを減らし視覚的快適性を高めます。信号、標識、他の道路利用者が明瞭に見えるレンズを選びます。非常に濃いレンズはトンネル、夜間、明るさが変化する状況で視界を低下させるため、安全に見えにくくなる場合は外します。
