無規制交差点は、特定の進入方向に対する優先が信号、交通整理員、優先指定標識で明確に定められていない交差点です。その国の既定交通規則により誰が優先か判断します。
国によって右方優先、左方優先、その他の既定優先規則があります。慎重に接近して全方向を確認し、道路幅が広い、交通量が多いという理由だけで優先と決めつけてはいけません。
