1. Tractor
A tractor is a motor vehicle designed primarily to provide pulling power for agricultural, forestry or similar work. Tractors can tow trailers and machinery and may also carry or operate equipment used for tasks such as cultivating land, harvesting or maintaining forests.
Tractors often travel more slowly and are larger or wider than ordinary passenger vehicles, so other road users should allow sufficient space and take particular care when overtaking or meeting them on narrow roads.
How are agricultural tractors classified in Belgium?
Wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors are classified as category T vehicles, with further categories according to their design and technical characteristics.
