264. 鼻血
鼻血は片方または両方の鼻孔からの出血で、通常は鼻内の小血管から起こります。多くは軽症ですが、運転者の注意をそらし、運転継続が危険になることがあります。運転中に始まったら可能な限り安全な場所へ停止します。上体を起こして少し前傾し、鼻の柔らかい部分を10~15分ほど連続してつまみます。頭を後ろへ反らすと血が喉へ流れるため避けます。大量出血、重大なけが後、止まらない場合は医療援助を求めます。
