I find this a bit confusing! Eventually, should we give way or not when we see this sign?! I know about this sign but this Cross in the sign is really confusing.

Водителям следует снизить скорость и быть внимательными к транспорту, выезжающему с боковых дорог, которые могут не останавливаться. Уступайте согласно местным правилам проезда (например, во многих европейских странах — уступить дорогу справа). Обычные места установки: сельская местность и дороги без явно установленного приоритета.
I want to get the greek driving license, so should i study from here and thats it for the oral exam ? thanks a lot
Most of these DOES NOT exist on the official Greek test. //Someone that not only practiced it in Greece, but also scraped sites that had the official test (1:1 copy to the official one) in order to build a better learning site than existing ones (still a work in progress).

Some terms were different than my study book, and I found that confusing. Also the car alert signs were something I had not studied at all, good to learn something new.
