1. Windshield
A windshield (called a windscreen in British English) is the front glass panel of a vehicle that protects the driver and passengers from wind, debris, weather, and bugs while providing a clear view of the road.
- Visibility – Offers a clear, wide view for safe driving.
- Protection – Shields you from wind, dust, rain, insects, and flying objects.
- Structural support – Adds strength to the vehicle’s frame (especially in rollovers).
- Airbag support – Helps direct the passenger airbag during deployment.
