1. Private property

private property refers to land, buildings, and assets owned by individuals, businesses, or organizations, rather than the government. The owner has the legal right to use, sell, rent, or modify the property as they wish, within the limits of the law. Trespassing on private property without permission is illegal and may lead to fines or legal action!

  • Owner has full control over how the property is used.
  • Types of Private Property:
    • Residential Property – Houses, apartments, farms, private land, roads.
    • Commercial Property – Shops, offices, hotels, factories.
    • Personal Property – Cars, electronics, jewelry, furniture.
    • Industrial Property – Warehouses, manufacturing plants.
